All sale items are Final Sale! No Returns! No Exchanges!
- For Full priced items- Credits will be given for purchases returned within 3 three days of purchase (from the date on a receipt), for a store credit. Credits expire after a year.
- For delivery/ground Shipping, returns need to be brought to the store or shipped back to WHOOPI. Shipped returns require an email including the tracking number, up to three 3 days from receiving the order for a store credit. Shipped returns require a signature when returning.
- In order to ensure a store credit, receipts MUST be presented with in store returns or shipped back with the returned items.
- WHOOPI does not offer cash or credit card refunds.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, and you've decided to return parts of your order, $9 will be deducted from your refund if the balance of your order is under $150.
- Please be aware, once you place your order and it was fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel your order.
- Whoopi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once Whoopi ships out the item we no longer take responsibly to for it.
