WHOOPI does not offer refunds on returns, only store credit.

We're sure you'll love your purchases. But hey, if for any reason you don't, we will accept your timely return of unworn, and unwashed merchandise for a STORE CREDIT.
You have 3 days from when your order is received to return your items.
Items that are returned by mail must be scanned by USPS within 3 days of receipt; shipped returns require an email including the tracking number, otherwise, we will not accept the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit minus the shipping costs. (If you received free shipping a $9 fee will be deducted)
In order to ensure a store credit, receipts MUST be presented with in store returns or shipped back with the returned items.
Credits expire after a year.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Merchandise is taken out of stock and reserved for you. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Please be extra careful when placing you order, because we will not cancel orders.
We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. However, when placing an order, please be aware that in
some cases your order may not be filled completely.
Whoopi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once Whoopi ships out the item we no longer take responsibly for it.
